2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

Services were not delivered as promised due to internal error or failure

Duplicate payments were made

Service was cancelled by the client before initiation (within the specified timeframe)
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

If the service has already been rendered partially or completely

If a client is dissatisfied due to factors outside our scope of control (e.g., employer decision, candidate performance)

If the request is made after 7 days of payment or service commencement

For any third-party fees paid on behalf of the client
